Key areas of focus include new product development to enhance the effectiveness of clients’ executive searches and quality interview development. Proficiency in image marketing, public relations, brand marketing and strategic planning provide critical drive to client and corporate growth initiatives. His career achievement also incorporates four successful entrepreneurial endeavors and 15 years with Procter & Gamble.
 
Bruce’s commitment to professional development include: Masters of Science - Industrial Administration degree and a Bachelors of Science degree in Biochemistry, both awarded to him by Purdue University. Also, after meeting a stringent credentialing criterion which requires specified industry longevity and documented mastery and success in career marketing. Bruce has earned the designation of Credentialed Career Master, bestowed by the Career Masters Institute.
